Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility
A return or refund is allowed only if:
- Incorrect component was delivered
- Item was damaged during transit
- Item fails quality verification if opted
- Seller misrepresented specifications
No returns for:
- Incorrect selection by buyer
- Components purchased as is
- Used or tampered items
- Custom cut to length or programmed parts
2. Return Window
Buyers must raise a request within 1 to 2 days of delivery.
3. Inspection Process
- E2C or third party lab will inspect the returned item
- Refund is initiated only after validation
4. Refund Timeline
- 5 to 15 business days after inspection approval
- Refund will be processed to bank or original payment method
5. Logistics for Returns
- Return pickup will be scheduled by E2C partner
- Buyer must pack items in secure ESD safe packaging
