1. Eligibility
A return/refund is allowed ONLY if:
- Incorrect component was delivered
- Item was damaged during transit
- Item fails quality verification (if opted for)
- Seller misrepresented specifications
No returns for:
- Incorrect selection by buyer
- Components purchased "as-is"
- Used or tampered items
- Custom, cut-to-length, or programmed parts
2. Return Window
- Buyers must raise a request within 1–2 days of delivery.
3. Inspection Process
- E2C or third-party lab will inspect the returned item.
- Refund is initiated only after validation.
4. Refund Timeline
- 5–15 business days after inspection approval.
- Refund mode: bank transfer or original payment method.
5. Logistics for Returns
- Return pickup will be scheduled by E2C's partner.
- The buyer must pack items in secure ESD-safe packaging.
